Application for EFA Day, Night & Serum 

EFA takes you on a unique step-by-step instructional application process folded into a nourishing five minute meditation sequence.

TO BEGIN

Make sure to start in a quiet, soft-lit space without any distractions, ready to dedicate a full 5 minutes of serenity to yourself. Begin with a freshly cleaned and dry face. Take 3 small drops of the EFA and squeeze out onto the left palm of your hand.

Pause 5 seconds, take one breath in through your nose and one breath out through your nose.

Bring both hands to hover under your chin, opened surrounding your cheeks, with your fingers facing up towards your head. Bring your hands back down to where you can see the cream laying on your palm.

Using your index finger and middle finger firmly place three dots down your face. In between your eyebrows, on the tip of your nose, and on your chin under your bottom lip.

Pause 5 seconds, take one breath in through your nose and one breath out through your nose.


step 2

With the same two fingers create a circular motion at the top dot in between your eyebrows. Move the cream slowly up towards your hairline then back down between your eyebrows. Simultaneously move the cream above both eyebrows, and out to your temples. Close your eyes. Breathe in, and as you exhale, make small circle motions, simultaneously on each temple.

Pause 5 seconds, take one breath in through your nose and one breath out through your nose.

In one motion take the same two fingers from your temples underneath your eyes all the way to the cream on your nose. Spread the cream on both sides of your nose, take a deep breathe in pause, and breathe out while slowly massaging the sides of your nose. Continue to massage while running your fingers onto your cheeks and underneath your eyes.

When you reach your tear duct, pause, breathe in close your eyes and begin a gentle tapping motion underneath your eye all the way to the outer end of your eye. Repeat this motion twice, consciously breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

Pause 5 seconds, take one breath in through your nose and one breath out through your nose.

STep 3

Bring your right index finger and middle finger to the dot on your chin and create a clockwise circular motion. Move EFA around your chin and upwards towards your cheeks.

When you reach your cheekbones pause, take a breath in and a deep breath out. Massage your cheekbones with your index finger and middle finger making circular motions while moving the cream under and around your cheekbones. Repeat 3 times. Breathing in mindfully and focusing on keeping your inhalations the same length as your exhalations.

Once finished, take your hands over your face and press your fingertips firmly over your eyebrows and breathe in deeply. Exhale everything out and remove your hands from your face. Bring them together in front of your heart and breathe in deeply one last time. Exhale and look at your radiant face.
